RETURN POLICY CONDITIONS
All Merchandise returned without our authorization code including refusal of delivery, will be subject to a 25% fee of restocking, and a 5% shipping fee.
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and less actual shipping, handling, charges and processing fees.
Customers are responsible for all shipping to and from / back and forth. If any oxygen concentrator is returned with blown PC boards due to wrong voltage, either power inverter from 12 volt to 110 volt or from 220 volt to 110 volt, the customer is responsible for the parts and labor costs in addition to all shipping charges.
Products must be returned in a condition allowing resale. Partial cases or shipping units with items missing will not be accepted. Special orders, consigned oxygen concentrators, and new oxygen concentrators with operation time cannot be accepted for returns or credit refunds. Shipping charges for returns will be the responsibility of the customer with the exception of mishandled shipments and defective products.

PRESCRIPTION POLICY
In compliance with current FDA requlations, a valid doctor's prescription is required for oxygen concentrators. During the purchase you will be given the option to email, upload file, fax or mail your presctiption.
